My name is Rhys Woods and I am your local Ballarat and district builder. I come with over 16 years experience in the construction industry as a carpenter and project supervisor across both commercial and domestic worksites.

I value honesty and transparency in my relationships with clients and provide one-on-one service to you throughout the building project. This means I organize all aspects of the build and I am onsite completing the work with my team. It allows my clients peace of mind knowing the person responsible for the job is the person completing the work.

I understand building at times can be daunting, which is why I offer my clients building knowledge to assist them in making choices that suit their vision. Additionally, I pride myself on clear communication throughout the build process.

Reco Renovation and Construction have the flexibility to complete small builds all the way through to our larger custom and architecturally designed homes.

My business is a locally based, family owned operation, our work is our guarantee.  I am a member of the Master Builders Association of Victoria and am also a registered building practitioner.
